Cleaning Standards & Tools

Follow the Neat & Repeat cleaning checklist and approved procedures.
Use the upright vacuum for carpets and the canister vacuum for hard surfaces.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in clean, organized, and working condition.

Accountability & Communication

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Notify a supervisor before 8:00 a.m. if running late.
If unable to work a scheduled shift, notify a supervisor as soon as possible and no later than 6:00 a.m.
Review all job and client notes before beginning each cleaning.
Notify the office immediately if additional time is required or delays will affect later jobs.
Report all damage immediately, complete a Damage Report, and take photos.
Document and report any pre-existing damage before cleaning affected areas.
