  • Use the upright vacuum for carpets and the canister vacuum for hard surfaces.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in clean, organized, and working condition.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Notify a supervisor before 8:00 a.m. if running late.
  • If unable to work a scheduled shift, notify a supervisor as soon as possible and no later than 6:00 a.m.
  • Review all job and client notes before beginning each cleaning.
  • Notify the office immediately if additional time is required or delays will affect later jobs.
  • Report all damage immediately, complete a Damage Report, and take photos.
  • Document and report any pre-existing damage before cleaning affected areas.
